- Make you more responsible for your actions – That may sound harsh but keeping you accountable for your actions will help you gain more perspective about the hurt you are causing, not just to yourself but your loved ones as well.
- Make your transition easier – There are many instances when the life coach even helped a recovering addict find a job or enroll in classes. One may think that this is outside the purview of their responsibilities, but the ultimate goal is to help you be a better person than you are.
